Co-op Taxi

Pre booked taxi for 2 weeks, when they did show up they were late. John the dispatcher is incredibly rude, even hung up on me one day. There are much better car services in the city, I absolutely would NOT recommend them.

Called for taxi to go to the airport. The driver showed up and stopped on ice, when asked to move to a clear spot because in f'ing disabled and use cruches he drove away. I do not recommend this company as the drivers have issues with disabled people. For a driver to just drive way was the total representation of how this company thinks disabled people should be treated

The guy wouldn't let my daughter out of the vehicle for 2 terrifying minutes... completely unacceptable as the ride was paid for immediately. Kept asking for her number and other inappropriate questions. We'll never, for the rest of our lives, take Coop taxi!! What a blackeye to the entire organization!! Is there an option for zero stars or even 5 negative stars.

I called the night before to book a wheelchair accessible cab for 7:30am. The driver came at 7:40 am. I unfortunately forgot a hospital property in the cab and called back when i realised and was assured i will be contacted. After 10 minutes i called back and a very rude man hung the phone on me. That was very disappointing and unprofessional whoever you were. You dont talk to people like that no matter what. I wasnt insulting i simply said i didnt understand you and you told me to pay attention. You are not professional please

I was going to school today with my brother in taxi #46. I was $3 short, I tried telling the driver that I was $3 short and if he could just let me go, But he cut me off saying that's not my problem" and I'm a really non confrontational person

Good day all,My wife and I rode in car number 7 on 21 April, Friday night. The ride started nice enough but the driver was quickly on his phone. Handling it with his right hand . Answering it to talk to other cabbies he said and trying to show us pictures. My wife asked him to put his phone down and not to answer it,but he said he had to answer. Both my wife and I tried it call and talk to the manager about this incident, but we were ignored. The drivers operation of the cab was like he was back in India, his speed was excessive and cornering was aggressive. We should have taken an Uber back to the hotel. I would not use this company again even if it was free.

Although our taxi arrived promptly, the driver took a longer route to our destination and would not accept a credit card for payment.

Friendly cab driver .. picked up was on scheduled time . Taxi could use a good cleaning and vacuuming inside . I know your busy but a clean crew would make your ride more pleasant .

Discrepancy on what was on the meter and what the driver charged when he cleared the meter. Must have decided to.give himself $2.25 tip. I decide what i tip.And cab companies wonder why uber is so popular. Won't be using coop again.
